My initial thought was that I had one individual who served multiple roles. When I read them, I realized that I had different people in each of those roles. However, I think sometimes it depends on what the topic or project is. One person may serve as an Encourager for one topic but be your Technical Advisor for something else.

You mention it briefly but I think it’s an under-emphasized piece of advice: Advocate for others!
