Counseling - Life Focus Ministries - offers Biblical counseling to pastors and congregational leaders in stress or conflict situations including marriage, family, work and ministry related issues. Focus is given to applying Biblical principles within life situations instead of trying to change the situation.
Pastoral discipling - Life Focus Ministries has a heart for the pastor, his family and his spiritual integrity. Many times a pastor is unable to share openly with congregational leaders especially in areas, personal or professional, of a sensitive nature. A pastor and/or his wife can enter into an accountable relationship with our staff in a discipling way without the threat of disrupting ministry.
Conflict resolution - God uses Life Focus Ministries as a neutral third party in discussing conflicts which sometimes arise between congregational leaders and members. Conflict between leaders and members is a result of broken Biblical principles. Once involved in a conflict sometimes it is difficult to objectively address what principles are being violated to arrive at a viable solution. Unresolved conflict within a congregation is often the basis of congregational splits and the disparaging of the name of Christ.
Spiritual Leadership development/training - Life Focus Ministries takes the principles of spiritual leadership development from the Scriptures and applies them, in workshop format, to a local congregation. This allows each congregation the ability to maintain their unique calling while applying universal Biblical principles to their leadership development.
Church Birthing - The strongest position from which to begin another congregation is through "birthing". "Birthing" is the intentional spiritual development, through discipling, of equipping a group from your congregation to begin ministry at a separate location. Life Focus Ministries walks through the process of developing this new "child" within the "womb" of the current congregation, through the "launching" out on their own and through the first year of development.
Interim Ministry - One of the most crucial times for any congregation is that time of transition from one pastor to another. Even the selection process for a new pastor can be strongly effected by the strength of the interim pastor. Life Focus Ministries can provide short-term interim ministry to a congregation at this time in their life.
Pastor Search - The search for a new pastor can often be confusing and fraught with conflict unless it is guided by the Holy Spirit. Life Focus Ministries can provide the framework for this search with a committee from your congregation applying Biblical principles to this process.

The Culture of Christ - reveals through scripture the priorities of the culture which becomes ours when we become "new creatures in Christ", citizens of a new nation, and the impact that will have on our world when we live with those values.
Intentional Discipleship - Jesus Christ, following the Father in all He did, was very intentional about how He discipled and with whom. This workshop takes a close look at how Jesus discipled His apostles and the direction that gives us for ministry today.
Building Blocks to Oneness in Marriage - Knowing and following Biblical building blocks for marriage can strengthen your marriage or possibly the marriage of someone close to you. What is it that not only keeps marriages together but brings a joyful union as well? Good workshop for both married and single late teens and adults.
